Delivery within Switzerland

We generally deliver our products in Switzerland and Liechtenstein using the best post in the world, the Swiss Post. Shipping costs are waived for purchases of CHF 130 or more.

For direct deliveries from suppliers or dealer partners, other service providers may also be used. Packages are handed over to the post within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment, using the selected shipping method. All packages are insured against damage, loss, and incorrect delivery by the post. Once we have the Track & Trace code from the post, it will be added to your order.

Delivery outside Switzerland

Internationally (outside of CH and FL), we generally only ship upon request. Any potential customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot fill out VAT refund receipts for the customer. Please contact our customer service or fill out our contact form for this purpose.

Delivery delay

If an item is not in stock or delayed for any other reason, we will contact you directly by email or phone. If there is a delay of more than 4 weeks, you are entitled to a full refund of the order amount.

Transport damages

Transport damages are annoying, but unfortunately can happen. With the following process, we want to spare you and ourselves as much trouble and time as possible.

Upon receipt of your shipment, check the products for transport damage. We ask you to keep the complete packaging, including the box and padding material, and report the damage to us immediately. If possible, document with pictures (mobile phone pictures are sufficient, photograph the packaging from all sides). The entire delivery, including undamaged goods and complete packaging material, must be taken to a post office counter for damage reporting. Follow the instructions of the post. Once we have the final answer from the post, we can refund the purchase price of the damaged products or replace them for free. You can, of course, keep undamaged items after the process is completed. Failure to comply with these instructions may unfortunately result in our inability to grant a refund.


Your order can also be picked up directly from us in Brugg. Since we do not have fixed ramp opening hours, we ask you to make an appointment with us in advance. Please contact our customer service or fill out our contact form for this purpose.
